Diversity and Inclusion Campaign

 

Mission: The goal of the Diversity and Inclusion campaign was to start meaningful discussions that encouraged employees to understand the importance of diversity at ATB Financial in a unique way.

Solution: Custom illustrations were created as stylized caricatures. The initial phase consisted of six informative postcards, along with a letter and FAQ sheet. There were also digital components created to further build a platform for awareness, which included a webpage and a digital e-book where several hundred comments on this topic were compiled into one interactive piece. Over 800 responses came from the internal team members. These pieces were also used at the Albertan Speaking Forum where hundreds of professionals gathered.
