Leadership Conference

The 2015 ATB Catalyst Leadership Conference is the biggest leadership conference held within this financial institution to date—over 700 of the top leaders from ATB attended this event. Attendees consisted of high level team members, all branch managers, guest speakers, as well as sponsors. This event served as a means of spreading knowledge, innovation, stories, pride, and inspiration in the world of transformative banking.
